Janet Bonugli, Owner - Sales, Marketing & Public Relations - worked at a single-star restaurant in San Antonio for over eight years.  The restaurant earned its single star rating from Texas Monthly in 1997, the only Italian restaurant in San Antonio to receive this high honor.   

Public Relations are a significant part of the restaurant/catering business, and as such, this will be Janet’s primary responsibility. In addition to her restaurant experience, Janet has over 15 years of management, customer service training and public relations.  As Director of InFlight for El Al, North American Airlines and several other airlines, Jan has extensive experience in working with vendors and ground support services for catering of the aircrafts. 

Jan worked very hard with the restaurant staff to develop and test each of the recipes on the menu.  After much tweaking, testing and tasting, Everybody’s Business Corporate Lunch Service menu opened for business October 12, 2005.
